Dear guests! Thank you for choosing CITY STAY apart-hotel. Please review the rules of stay and internal regulations. By checking in, you confirm your agreement with the following rules.
Check-in time — from 14:00.
Check-out time — until 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and are charged according to the hotel's current rates. Upon check-in, guests must present identification documents and complete a registration card. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation without proper documentation.
Room rate includes:
- Breakfast
- Private parking
- Wi-Fi internet
- Special rates for conference rooms
Additional guest (3rd person) — 10 000 tenge.
Children's rates:
- Under 6 years — free (one child only, no extra bed)
- 6 to 12 years — 7 000 tenge
- 12 to 16 years — 10 000 tenge
When checking in with children, documents for each child are required.
Airport/railway transfer is available for an additional fee of 8 000 tenge.
In case of no-show, late cancellation, or untimely notification of booking changes, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to one night's stay.

- Arrival before 06:00 — full day charge applies.
- Arrival from 06:00 to 14:00 — 100% of room rate applies.
- Departure from 12:00 to 18:00 — 50% of room rate applies.
- Departure after 18:00 — full day charge applies.
